MICHIGAN WILDFLOWER ASSOCIATION
PRESIDENT'S REPORT OF PROGRESS
January 13, 1943


The Michigan Wildflower Association was formed at the first Michigan Wildflower Festival held at Trout Lake, Michigan, May 31, 1941. From an interested group of fifty persons and three paid members on the above date, the Association has grown phenomenally to a membership of 234. Organization has been perfected, a constitution adopted and the Association incorporated as a non-profit corporation under the laws of the state of Michigan. Responsibility for the conduction of business of the organization is vested in the officers, an executive committee and a board of directors. The present personnel of those groups follows:
