Michigan Botanical Club Spring Foray 2007 

The MBC Spring Foray will be held at Ludington, MI on May 26-28, 2007.  The Arisaema (Mar-April) issue will provide all the details on field trips and room reservations at the Ludington Ramada Inn. 

You must make room reservations on your own.  Everyone, including students, must call the Ramada Inn directly at 800-707-7475.  Identify yourself as attending the Michigan Botanical Club's Spring Foray (code is "MBC") to be eligible for the special rate of $55.00 per room (single or double) per night plus 8% tax.  If you wish to share a room, make your roommate plans first and provide the hotel with the names of those sharing the room with you. The Huron Valley registrar, Joanne Cantoni 248-932-5370, will maintain a waiting list of people seeking to share a room.  It is highly recommended that MBC Chapters consider giving scholarship money to students early enough so the students can make their own reservation, meal and travel plans.  The deadline for room reservations is May 4, 2007.  After this date the room rates cannot be guaranteed.

However if you plan to camp in the area, the following list of campgrounds is being provided to you now so that you can make your camping reservations early due to the busy Memorial Day weekend.
